Hybrid: Onsite 3 days a week (Zip 94089) / Remote 2 days a week 

Part time: 20-25 hours per week 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience with Project Management 
• Experience with hardware and software within an operations or manufacturing environment 
• Understanding of the backend manufacturing software / hardware
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
• Ability to be a team player and ready to assist wherever needed 
• Overall good communication and ability to work well with others 

Note: it's a software project, but they're looking for hands-on hardware experience as well. Instead of only focusing on PMs, they are okay with someone in a site lead, manufacturing lead, or similar role that is now looking to move into a PM oversight role, but the manufacturing environment should be automated (NOT manual). Essentially, we are moving away from traditional IT hardware - we need manufacturing hardware knowledge/exposure. 

Responsibilities: 

• Identify and assess project issues and develop recommendations for solutions to meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction goals, and objectives.
• Manage and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals.
• Coordinate departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentations, and will be required to present status and results to internal stakeholders and/or management.
• Assist with Sprint plannings
